Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: Very spacious apartment on the top (3rd) floor. Comfortable beds, good black out shutters in all rooms, easy parking right in front of the building, no noise nuance from the street even on market days (Mondays). Prato is a good base for exploring Tuscany in easy day trips by car, with a frequent, fast and cheap train connection to the center of Florence at less than 10 mins walking distance from the house. The owner was fast to respond and offered lots of information. Supermarket within walking distance.

Negative: While there was no noise nuisance from the street, we did experience some from the neighbours. The dining area has no see-through windows and more generally the apartment lacks some warmth. No comfy chairs in the living room.
