Positive: Very close to the beach, quiet area. The property was clean, comfortable & spacious. There’s a washer & dryer.
Negative: This is a one story house. The yard is small. Access to outdoor was limited. Could not open a sliding glass door. There’s a deck that was “off limits due to safety” that would have provided a view of the beach. A wooden fence in the side yard was broken down. Inside there were places on the walls that needed to be painted.
Summary: Nice quiet house close to the beach. Great for a family vacation
