Beautiful villa in Sa Coma, less than 1 kilometer from one of the top rated beaches in Mallorca, Sa Coma Beach. It's a quiet area, but shops and restaurants are just a minutes away.
Villa Cas Fraus is a two storey villa surrounded by a garden. We reach the house through the road, which is a dead end, so there are only a few cars there. On the ground floor we find a large living room with a table for 10 people and 2 sofas in front of a TV. Next to the dining room is the spacious, fully equipped kitchen with direct access to the covered terrace, where is another dining table for 10 people.
On the ground floor there are three double bedrooms; one with two 90 cm beds, the other two with 150 cm beds. There are also two full bathrooms with showers. On the first floor there is a double bedroom with a 150cm bed and a private terrace and another bedroom with a 180cm bed.
The outdoor area of the house is quite large, next to the pool is a large artificial turf area with sun loungers, parasols, an outdoor shower, a children's table and a great stone grill.
