Summary: The best customer service I have had anywhere in Europe, they actually anticipate needs, are very helpful and friendly! When we mentioned that we would have to get a taxi at 4AM, they said no problem happy to give you a wake-up call and bring you coffee :) we said yes to the coffee and it was excellent.
