Positive: The location. Central for access to the Marina and Cala d’es Pou beach, shops and restaurants. it’s a good size holiday Villa for a family.
Negative: The pictures of this property are misleading as this Villa needs considerable updating. It’s a good size and was clean, but furniture, appliances and facilities are old and tired and in need of replacement. For example a shower door came off whilst in use! The pool area is also actually potentially dangerous and is overdue for updating and improvement.
Summary: A good sized, clean property for a family holiday, but outdated and shabby, pictures very misleading!
