Summary: I don’t understand how this listing passed muster. The surprise rules upon arrival plus the general untidiness caused two (2) of our party to check into a hotel instead. On the 3rd night, the heater didn’t work (30’s outside). A 4 am message to the owner was acknowledged as received at 7 am. At 5 am, we left the property and checked into a hotel. I am now in a 3-way dispute (me, owner, VRBO) on whether any of the rent will be refunded.
