2,200 square feet, full kitchen (stocked), living room with 55in tv, family room with a 55in TV over the wood burning fireplace & 3 pullout beds that sleeps 3, dining room, large master bedroom with 2 queen size beds & addition retreat off the master bedroom has a twin bed with pullout twin sleeps 6. 3 other large bedrooms with queen size beds each room sleeps 2. (5 Queen total & 7 twin total). Two full bathrooms, master bath had walk in shower & large garden tub. Guest bathroom has bathtub with shower. There’s plenty of additional space for a couple blowup mattresses. Covered front porch with sectional, covered back porches with new HOT TUB & a built in grill! Curl up & relax in our outdoor lounge area with 10 large comfy chairs, string lights, around the fire pit! (We provide fire wood) Back porch has two chairs & small table for some good ole porch settin’. The lower yard has a fire pit/grill, two picnic tables. Make the most of your stay & play one of the many games we have for y’all! New 10-in-1 Combo Game Table with slide hockey, foosball, billiards, shuffleboard, table tennis, chess, cards, checkers, bowling, and backgammon! New electronic dart board with loads of games, laser start line & score keeping! Jumbo yahtzee, jumbo checkers & jumbo tic tac toe! Corn hole, beer pong, jumbo jenga, batmitten, volleyball, horse shoes, & loads more board games for family/group fun! We also have a private little work space, there’s a new pack & play with changing station for baby, new high chair, toys & books! Dog food & water bowl & we offer a kennel (at guests request) We have 24hr video surveillance from every angle of the property so you can rest better knowing, you, your loved ones, your vehicles, equipment & SXS’s are safe!
