Positive: We had a pleasant stay at Peter's property and found it to have all the essentials needed for a comfortable visit. The unit is equipped with a large television with Netflix access, a refrigerator, cooking utensils, a sink, a sofa, and a decent-sized bathroom and bedroom. We also appreciated the electronic doorknob with password entry, which made check-in and access convenient and secure. While the lounge area is not particularly large, it was functional for our needs. In terms of value, I would agree that the property may not be the most budget-friendly option for the space offered, but the level of service provided helps justify the experience. A special mention goes to DJ, the caretaker, who was extremely hands-on, responsive, and accommodating throughout our stay. Whether it was requesting fresh towels or replacing batteries, he was always willing to help. Peter was also very involved, even creating a group chat to ensure guests could easily raise concerns, ask questions, or provide suggestions. That level of communication and attentiveness was greatly appreciated. Overall, the property offers a comfortable stay with excellent support from both the host and caretaker. Thank you, Kuya DJ and Kuya Peter, for your hospitality and for making our stay smooth and enjoyable.
