The space
As you step inside, you'll be immediately captivated by the modern design and pristine condition of this exceptional 100 year old home. The living room invites you to relax and unwind in style, with ample natural light illuminating the contemporary furnishings and tasteful decor throughout.
This townhome boasts three spacious bedrooms on the second floor, two furnished with a Queen-size bed and one hosting two twin size beds, ensuring a restful night's sleep for everyone in your group. Additionally, there is a fourth bedroom with a queen size bed and a convenient pull-out sofa in the basement area, providing flexible sleeping arrangements to accommodate larger parties. While there is only one full bathroom, there are two half-baths on the ground and basement floor.
The newly renovated kitchen is a true chef's delight, featuring high-end appliances and all the necessary cookware and utensils. Prepare delicious meals and gather around the large dining table to enjoy them together. And enjoy the outdoor barbeque and patio area, with a new gas grill for your outdoor gatherings.
The house is also stocked with nice mattresses, soft sheets, a whiteboard, and several workspaces to make it feel like home.
Our home is the perfect place to unwind after a day of exploring the city or to gather with friends and family.
