Two bedrooms, both with king beds, deluxe brand new Stearns and Foster bed and walk-in closet in the main bedroom. Both with private baths. New flooring throughout (only small rug by TV). High-speed internet and cable tv included. New 65 inch LG OLED C5 TV and LG sound bar. New washer and dryer. Two desk/work areas. Additional futon nook for extra guest. Quiet north end of the island. Reserved parking. In unit laundry. Close drive to Sarasota and Anna Maria Island. One month minimum rentals. No pets.
