Positive: It was very, very quiet and the bed was comfortable. Outstanding kitchen facilities in the room. Great WiFi. Close to lots of great places to eat.

Negative: No one at reception; check-in heavily reliant on texting and email. No food on site, not even coffee. Coffee in room a one-time only service.

Summary: An excellent room, but no restaurant on-site.
