Summary: AVOID ROOM 311! (Early July 2026) If you arrive after 10pm, you will be checked in remotely. I was checked in by someone in San Francisco. When we got to the room, my daughter went to take a shower but the shower faucet fell off the wall from the water pressure and the water didn’t go up to the shower head and she had to take a bath instead. The remote checkin person was no help at all and couldn’t help us switch rooms. In addition, the deadbolt to the balcony didn’t work and although the lady at the front desk the next morning said the lock worked on the door handle the lock seemed very flimsy. Lastly the bed was not very comfortable. It felt like a really old and hard mattress with a thin pad thrown on top. The response to my email came after I had already checked out. The pluses were a really good location, plenty of street parking if you were too late to grab a space in the lot, and a decent breakfast. Arrive before 10pm if you stay here so you can work with someone in person if you have any issues. Too bad all the issues messed up our stay.
