Positive: Location. Comfort and cleanliness. Very warm and cozy. Excellent shower! Excellent communication with the host - very fast response to questions etc.

Negative: Parking space a bit tight. I hired an SUV which was probably too big in retrospect but it was still just ok.

Summary: Warm and cozy, clean, great facilities and great location.
