Positive: * very spacious. * lots of natural light during the day * well preserved by the host * host is responsive but did not offer any solutions to our issues
Negative: T* metro is 1.3km away not 0.9km. We walk fast and it takes us at least 16 minutes. Not great when the weather is bad. * Book of rules to greet you when you come in feels a bit hostile. These are rules that the other residents definitely do not follow, such as walking in heels, making noise late at night, having loud conversations. All things that kept us awake late at night. The upstairs neighbour made so much noise every single day. * Washing machine and tumble dryer only useful if you can provide manual as most guests do not speak Italian. We had to guess what setting to use and also had to buy our own washing detergent. We had to put tumble dryer on 5 times to get our clothes dry. * Breakfast isn’t really included. Neither of us like cereal or dry baked goods. So these haven’t been used. We always book bed and breakfast because it stops the need of spending money on one meal in expensive cities. I suggest this to be made more clear about what is included on your advertisement. * No manual for how to use the tv. We tried to watch Netflix but it didn’t log us in so we couldn’t use it. * Also couldn’t use the safe as it was already locked to a former passcode. * The bed is also very very hard, the pillows offer two options - completely flat, or sky high. * Photos on advertisement are misleading, colosseum is very far away- don’t know what the hospital photo is there for. Photo of bottle of Prosecco and crisps aren’t something we received. * There isn’t a PlayStation 4 at all, as is advertised. * Lighting in the bedroom is extremely bright, making it difficult to relax at night.
