Spectacular luxury apartment overlooking the Arts and Sciences City in Valencia, located in the center of this, into one of the tallest and emblematic residential buildings of Valencia, France Tower , 115 meters high. This allows us to be in 5 minutes walk to the Oceanografic Aquarium, the Museum Prince Felipe , the Hemispheric , the Opera House Reina Sofia, Gulliver Park... a nice walk along the Turia River Gardens , the largest urban garden in Spain.

Area well connected by Bus, Metro , Taxi and Bike Path that brings us in 10 minutes to the beach or the historic city center .

The 110 useful meters apartment has 3 bedrooms (one King size bed and two with two single beds each one) for up to 6 persons, living room with spectacular views , 1 bathroom, 1 shower room and brand new and fully equipped kitchen . Summary: The apartment is in a great location and on a direct bus route into the city. There are plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. There is underground parking included. The views from the apartment are excellent, given its position up so high, and the apartment has access to a small communal pool on the ground floor. The AC is excellent - we stayed in July and the apartment stayed cool. The beds were comfortable and the apartment clean. A lot of the bulbs in the light fittings didn't work and the fridge froze everything no matter what temperature setting was selected. The kitchen units were tired and need updating.
