Positive: Great location, friendly host, functional space and on both sides of the apartment there was a very nice view. Parking (paid) close by.
Negative: As other reviews said, air conditioning would make it even better, but because of the location there is reasonable natural cooling using the windows and ventilators. The bathroom could use an upgrade.
