Summary: Room was cold. I travelled in Winter and the room was cold. I spent all my day outside in cold and rain and even when I got back to my hotel, the room was cold and shower water was cold too. safe box did not work and they could not replace it on time. at first room was clean. I stayed there for 5 days, in between when I asked for cleaning, they did a poor job.
