On the mid-level, you`ll find the open plan dining, kitchen, and lounge area, along with a laundry and separate toilet. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, including a microwave, dishwasher, full oven, kettle, toaster, and a coffee machine. All of the beautifully decorated bedrooms have cathedral ceilings and are located on the upper level of the house. The Master has a king bed and ensuite bathroom, the second bedroom has a queen bed, and third has twin single beds. The main family bathroom is also located on this level and features a large bathtub.
The house has a private fully fenced garden with covered deck for your privacy and security, as well as two off street parking spaces in the garage, and further parking on the gated driveway.
