Summary: The attention and support we received from the manager was second to none. This was a work trip and a stay of several days. My team doesn't speak English, but Vanessa made herself understood and provided a lot of support so the engineers wouldn't have any problems with transportation or finding groceries. The place was very comfortable and very safe.
