5 Bedroom House with Air Conditioner, Parking and TV

Just steps to the beach (12 Houses!). We are 5 bed 2 full and 2 half baths, great front porch with ocean breezes and the sound of the waves crashing! In the back there is a table for 10 and grill, perfect for family and friends to gather. Huge dining and living area on the first floor and 2 king bedrooms on 2 and a queen, 2 twins and a full/twin bunk on 3- making it great to gather or grab some alone time.
This home is 1/2 of a large Victorian - we do not rent the other side, we use it as a second home so we can help you if you need us but we want you to enjoy your stay and have your privacy. We provide beach chairs, a cart, umbrellas and 6 beach badges for your use. Summary: Julie was an excellent host. Basic incidentals were provided. The house is well stocked with blankets, dishes, towels(both beach and bathroom). Julie and Gene were accommodating to any of our needs, and great people to talk to! Thoroughly enjoyed our stay!
