π‘Our Contemporary duplex welcomes you; this is a spacious 3-bedroom apartment with 2,5 bathrooms. The main level (3rd floor) offers a big living room, Β½ bathroom, dining room, and kitchen. The upper level (4th floor) has 3 rooms and 2 full bathrooms, a master bedroom with big windows, and a balcony, it offers 1 queen size bed, 1 twin bed, crib & floor mattress. It also has a full bathroom. There is another full bathroom, a mid-size room with a queen-sized bed for 2 adults & a small room with a bunk bed for 2 adults.
We are a Pet-free Home.
We live in the lower duplex, and we rent out the upper duplex. Upon entrance to the building need to climb to the third floor.
πWe are based in a historically rich and diverse area, Bed-Stuy. According to TimeOut journal, Bed-Stuy is the 5 coolest neighborhoods in the World. Our area perhaps has the largest collection of Victorian architecture in the country with about 9,000 buildings built before 1900. Bed Stuy is a diverse community with an endless list of attractions
We are only 3 minutes from groceries, restaurants/bars, and C local train, 8 minutes from A express train & 15 minutes from Downtown Manhattan by train.
βοΈOur living room has big windows, bathed with sunlight, and has access to a balcony. The dining table easily hosts up to 7 persons.
π₯We have a dedicated workplace that provides computer(touchscreen), and printer.
βοΈWe have an electronic scale to weigh your luggage to meet weight limits on international or domestic flights.
π½Our kitchen has coffee making machine, toaster, tea kettle, blender, gas stove, oven, pans, and pods, and we are fully stocked (we provide organic coffee Sumatra, French roast and Blue Bottle coffee, green/black tea, olive oil, salt, paper and different kind of spices).
We are family-friendly; we have a crib, highchair, baby stool, childrenβs dinnerware.
πΊOur living room provides Samsung 48" Full HD Flat Smart TV J5200, fast WiFi, YouTube Premium, Amazon Premium, and Netflix.
The upper level (4th floor) has 3 rooms and 2 full bathrooms, a master bedroom with big windows, and a balcony, it offers one queen's size bed, one twin bed, a crib, and a floor mattress. It also has a full bathroom (currently under renovation, changing tiles). There is another available full bathroom on the level, a mid-size room with a queen-sized bed, and a small room with a bunk bed.
Our duplex is located close to the LIRR railroad, and it has the potential to some noise, but we offer a noise sound machine and earplugs.
Guests can enjoy high-speed wireless Internet, A/C, and central heating on both floors of our house and keyless entrance.
πParking is available on the street and is free. Please note there is alternate side parking most days. Different days for different streets around the neighborhood. Please make sure to read all signs to make sure you don't get a ticket!
