Positive: Rita was very welcoming, helping us with all the information we needed before we even arrived, and she made us feel at home from the moment we walked in. Breakfasts and dinners were delicious, and the setting is stunning — the house overlooks both the mountains and the ocean and her two dogs kept us entertained throughout the stay. The backyard is perfect for relaxing, with a barbecue area for evening dinners, and Rita’s own company made the whole experience even more special. Highly recommend Rita’s Forest House to anyone looking for a warm, beautiful, and memorable getaway!
Summary: We had the best stay at Oku Foresthouse in Monchique — truly a home away from home.
