All outdoor features are shared with "Zefi's 1st floor apartment" (1st-floor apartment with own, separate entrance). Outdoor areas will be at your exclusive disposal in cases when the 1st floor apartment is empty (you can also ask whether it is possible the 1st floor apt. to be blocked during your stay - at an additional cost).
