By bus you can reach Puerto de Alcúdia, Formentor, Alcúdia and Pollença village.The areaThe flat is situated on the first floor of the building with the neighbourhood of the neighbours. It has a private balcony of 20m2 equipped, where you can enjoy an al fresco dinner after a sunny day at the beach. The living-dining room has A/C and access to the open kitchen. The living room has a TV with satellite channels. If you feel like cooking, there is a well-equipped kitchen with induction hob with electric oven, a Nespresso machine and a microwave. You can choose between 3 bedrooms, one with a double bed, one with 2 single beds and one with a bunk bed. Two bathrooms with shower and a washing machine with ironing board complete the equipment. We can provide a cot and a highchair on request.Please noteThere is a tourist tax in the Balearic Islands, the so-called Ecotasa. This tax is compulsory for all guests, except those under 16 years of age. The amount is 2,2 Eur per day per guest in high season and 0,55 Eur per day per guest in low season. It is halved from the 9th night onwards. The deposit of 300 Eur will be held by credit card and the guest must provide their details via a secure payment link.
