Negative: Kitchen was not fully equipped. There were only 1 large pot, 1 small saucepan, 1 very large frying pan and 1 small frying pan. There were no baking pans. Couldn't use the oven as there were no pans for the oven. The tea kettle was very greasy on the outside. We were evacuated by the hurricane in Pinellas County and there were no discounts offered, very disappointing. Would have been helpful if discounted rates were offered for evacuees.
