Summary: Overall it was an acceptable stay, the room itself is actually quite spacious so perhaps they should've left more space for the bathrooms in the original design. The shower is very basic with outdated fixture that didn't spray right. I'm not very tall at 5'11" and I had to bend down to get my hair wet. The toilet is jammed between the shower and the faucet and you have to angle your arm just right to pull the toilet paper. Oh, and to combat smokers (I guess), the bathroom doesn't have an exhaust fan so you get the lingering smell of your business afterwards. I don't care for smokers either but bathrooms need exhaust fans. Outside of my bathroom complaints, my two day stay was without issue. The bed was comfortable and the room was spacious and reasonably quiet for this class of hotel. The location was ideal for our museum-focused trip. The restaurant onsite is a bit sad but I won't include that in the hotel rating. Lastly I did spend some time at the pool and it was clean/acceptable if a bit small, but it was on top of the building and had decent views.
