Summary: We just loved the location of this flat - the proximity to Covent Garden, multiple options for transportation, restaurants, groceries, and other resources was better than we could have imagined. Our host, Will, was promptly and thoroughly communicative. We especially appreciated arriving to find fruit, tea, juice, and other snacks. Having a washer/dryer in the flat was very helpful, even though, as Americans, we had to manage our expectations as to how quickly our clothes would dry in a combo unit. The only caution we would offer is to those who are light sleepers or who go to bed early. The flat overlooks an alley, which makes the space outside the windows a bit of an echo chamber. In addition, the flat is almost right above a pub, whose patrons congregate in the alley, so the volume can be quite loud. The late-night disposal of rubbish - including many, many bottles - added to the din. Other than that, it was a great place to enjoy a holiday in London during a very festive season.
