The open floor plan contains the living room, dining room and kitchen. The living room has almost floor to window ceilings. A large l-shaped sectional faces the 50" smart TV. With the side chair and bench there can be seating for up to eight people. Adjacent is a dining table a six chairs. Between the table and kitchen is a large counter area with two stools. The kitchen has updated appliances include a double door refrigerator, stove/oven/microwave unit and dish washer. Counter appliances include a toaster oven, toaster, blender and keurig. Provided is eating, cooking, baking and microwaving cookware and utensils for a large party. Off the kitchen is the laundry room with a modern washer and dryer and a large pantry.
The master bedroom is furnished to accommodate all your daily needs and activities. The master bath has a two sinks and full size shower. Through the bathroom is an oversized walk-in closet.
The second bedroom is arranged with a single bed, a dresser/desk combination and a futon. This room can be converted to an office with the removal of the bed and the addition of a large work table and chairs. If needed, a large shelving unit can also be added.
The third bedroom has two single beds that can become bunks. An additional set of bunks can be added to this room to allow sleeping for up to four people. The second bathroom has large tub/shower combination. Towels, linens and bathing supplies are all supplied.
The backyard is fully enclosed has a new table and four chairs, a BBQ and a three-person swing. The back and side yards are perfect for children and pets to safety play and enjoy themselves.
