3 snowbird couples, or a family of 6.

The beach is an easy, gently sloping (no deep drop offs), and has pretty yellow sand with freshwater musells shells.
Two beautiful live oaks trees in the backyard, located near the beach, offering lots of shade.
This home offers a quiet retreat away from the crowds of people. It's located in Overton, a family friendly neighborhood, having a mixture of retired couples and young families with children.
It's located only 35 miles from historic Charleston.
This home is fully furnished and has a well stocked kitchen, with a dishwasher,
2 stoves/ovens, 3 refrigerators, 1 icemaker and 1 smaller freezer. It also will have with 2 sets of bed linens and 2 sets of towels (washer and dryer downstairs in the game room).
Outdoor grill with Tiki lanterns , for beautiful sunset beachfront grilling and 2 large picnic tables.
Gameroom is downstairs with a pool table and 70 in Smart TV, dining for 6 and sofas...walk right outside to the beach.
Upstairs dining for 6 overlooking the backyard and beach. An electric fireplace in a comfortable LR, with French doors opening into the Carolina Room, overlooking the backyard and beach.
Master king bed room w ensuite and WIC, smart TV, and french doors overlooking backyard and lake.
Jack n Jill queen bedrooms with their own private dressing area, sink and WIC and Samrt TV; they share the toilet and tub.
Upstairs is all Hardwood floors with rugs...no carpets.
Gameroom Full bedroom has its own full shower BR.
A set of children's bunk beds are in this room ,
too.

Large washer/dryer, attached 2-3 car garage, 2 man canoe, 1:1 basketball, toddler wagon for walks...paved roads for neighborhood walking and 5 miles of walking along the lake's dike. GREAT nighttime catfishing off the dock, or bring a small, lightweight boat (12ft L x 5 ft W) for lake fishing and ride through the PINOPOLIS LOCKS, connecting to the Tailrace Canal and Intercoastal Waterway.
