Lovely detached house, with great garden, parking for up to three cars on the driveway. A short walk from the shops and Inns in the small historical town of Colyton and nearby River Coly. Windy Ridge has beautiful views of the surrounding countryside from the rear garden and some rooms in the house, a great place to relax and unwind.
Accommodation: Sleeps 6 in 3 bedrooms, two double and one bunk room.
Ground Floor: Living Room: comfortable seating and woodburner. Views to garden and countryside. Kitchen: Bright with electric hob & oven, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave. Boot Room: Storage for walking gear, boots etc. Small W.C washing machine & tumble dryer.
First Floor: Bedroom 1: Double Bedroom 2: Double Bedroom 3: Bunk room
Bathroom: Bath with shower over. (please ensure that the bathroom door is closed when showering as the steam will set off the alarm).
