With 4 bedrooms, 2 1/2 bathrooms, 2 living areas, generous kitchen and dining area and a covered upper deck - this home has it all!
Designed with a reverse floor plan, the inviting entry hall leads you to three bedrooms downstairs (two with queen beds and one with a twin bed and twin trundle) and a family room with a deck off the side. The picnic table on the patio is a great spot for lunch when the weather is too nice to be indoors. Along with the three bedrooms and family room on this floor, there is a laundry closet with a stackable washer and dryer to make that chore easy for you!
Upstairs is the main living room, dining area, and kitchen which all flows into one great room. The living area is warm and welcoming with a gas fireplace for warmth and ambiance. A perfect, comfortable spot to watch a movie, read a book, or just catching up on conversations with friends.
The kitchen has plenty of room for more than one cook, and since it’s a great room you can keep all the cooks company. Lots of room for dining, and the deck is just off the dining area.
