Built only 170 meters from the sea front, it offers ‘walking distance’ access into an almost secluded beach and long leisurely strolls along a beautiful beach side promenade.
White Blue Villa offers accommodation for up to 8 people finely distributed across 2 floors. With its contemporary interior and highly practical and generously proportioned exterior space (90 Sq.m) being complemented by an amazing private pool (40 sq m), the villa is aesthetically pleasing to the eye from whatever angle you favour your holiday choice from. The ground floor includes the kitchen adjoining a dining area which flows on to a spacious living room. The kitchen is fully equipped with cooking facilities, oven, fridge and washing machine. The large dining table can sit up to 8 people. Next to the dining area, a comfortable
lounge includes 2 modern sofa beds (which turn into 2 single beds) next to the fireplace and across from the large windows overlooking the pool area and the amazing garden and sea views. Here you can sit and relax while enjoying your favourite movies on the large TV or listening to music over a cup of tea or a nice drink. The large windows allow you to enjoy throughout the day the infinite blue of the sea and the beauty of the Greek sky and sun. A sliding door is fitted to separate the living room from the kitchen and offer privacy whenever people are sleeping in the sofa beds.
Ground floor also offers a large air-conditioned bedroom and a WC and shower room. A traditionally built bed called 'Sofas' (bigger than super king size bed) can sleep a family of 2 adults and 2 children or alternatively 4 children. The fully fitted wardrobe offers enough space for the guests to use for their clothes.
Directly in front of the kitchen lies a large covered patio with pergola. There awaits a comfortable outdoor lounge area with two traditionally built seating benches and a dining room for eight people. Next to it, the amazing swimming pool area where you can spend most of the day facing the amazing beach and the crystal clear waters of the sea. Commode deck chairs and umbrellas are in the pool and help you to enjoy the warmth of the Sun of Rhodes.
Moving up to the first floor, there are 2 air-conditioned double bedrooms and a WC and shower room. One bedroom includes a king size bed, fitted wardrobe and a TV. The second bedroom offers two single beds and a uniquely built wooden ‘loft-bed’ where 2 adults or teenagers can sleep. Fitted wardrobes provide even more space for the visitors. All around first floor, there are balconies with fantastic views to the garden and the sea where you can sit and enjoy your breakfast or a nice relaxing drink during sun-set.
The house is surrounded by an amazing garden, with numerous beautiful trees, bushes and various flowers offering fantastic greenery views. Kids can enjoy the space and the swings to play and adults can walk around and enjoy the sun, or use the amazing built Greek BBQ for outdoor cooking.
White Blue villa is located very close to amazing villages, and ‘blue flag’ beaches that visitors can explore during their stay. The majestic village of Lindos is only 27 km away offering great bars, restaurants, tourist shops and the famous Castle ‘Acropolis’ to visit. Only 10 -15 minutes drive from the house, Gennadi and Kiotari villages offer all amenities such as supermarkets, butchers, bakeries as well as some good restaurants and bars. Moving even more south, a visit to Prasonisi is definitely recommended. Prasonisi is the south-western most part of the island famous because during summer time, when water levels are low enough, this island is a peninsula attached to Rhodes whereas during the
winter time, when water levels are high enough it becomes an island. Prasonisi is very popular for water sports; especially wind-related sports funs such as Windsurfing and Kite surfing as there are strong enough winds throughout the year for these sports to take place. The southernmost tip of Prasonisi contains a lighthouse. The closest village is Kattavia; however, there is a purpose-built settlement on Prasonisi that contains motels, convenience stores, restaurants, and windsurf rentals which are open seasonally.
