Also, we ask our guests to keep windows and doors closed as much as possible.
1.) To ensure the best view - we don't have any screens - so bugs will get in. Also, this creates a safety hazard for toddlers.
2.) People forget to turn the A/C off and leave windows and doors open - which will freeze/break the A/C.
3.) Leaving the doors and windows open corrodes anything metal and makes the cushions on the furniture feel perpetually damp.
In short: if your idea of a beach getaway is sitting inside the condo with the doors and windows open - please rent another condo. Thank you!
