You are within walking and biking distance of downtown Swansboro which features waterfront dining, shopping and activities.

Parking: Onsite parking, enough for 4 cars. 2 cars on the parking pad just before the garage and two cars on the parking pad in the left front yard. The garage is used for owner storage. We ask that guests not block the driveway just beyond the garage as that is another property owner's driveway to enter and exit their home.

Summary: Overall house was fine. Older home, which made it interesting, but it needs a deep clean. House had a lot of space indoors and out. Fenced in back yard. Shared driveway. Short distance from downtown Swansboro. Master shower was amazing. Game room with pool table and darts, but video game shown in pics does not work. Kitchen has good supply of appliances. Attention to details would make a huge difference; having chalk for the pool table, fixing leaky shower, updating grill (barely gets hot), new darts, fixing back fence so gate will open, etc. Family had a great time for our 4 days there.
