Positive: The location is good, effectively at the top of Tring High Street. The host and colleagues in the adjoining pub were very friendly and hospitable. Accommodation (this on a cycling trip) is not plentiful in Tring and much of it is expensive, so Wellbrook Rooms is a reasonable budget offering. The twin room was a decent size with decent facilities in terms of storage space, bedside tables, tea/coffee etc, and quite comfortable. The shared bathroom was okay with shampoo and towels etc provided. The cafe just around the corner for breakfast was excellent.

Negative: I think the website could be clearer on what a guest is actually getting and be clear that there is a shared bathroom unless you are booking both bedrooms in the house.
