The apartment is located on a hillside in Maria Almer district Hintermoos, on the second floor of an apartment building with swimming pool.
Within walking distance (about 100 m) is the slope of the Schwarzeckalm-Bahn - your direct entry into the holiday region Hochkönig (120 kilometers of slopes), one of the most popular ski resorts in Austria.
In summer numerous hiking and mountain bike trails start right outside.
