In harmony with nature: We love our beautiful natural garden and the variety of flowers that it gives us throughout the year.We leave the garden and try as little as possible to intervene in nature, provide a habitat for insects and other animals. The delicious fruit that grows throughout the year in our garden - feel invited and and like to harvest it - but should know edible fruits and pay attention to your children !!!
Of course our dear neighbors are just as important to us - they live partly always in this place and you should respect their privacy respectfully, so please pay attention to the borders - please do not exceed. This applies to the property on the one hand and of course for a reasonable volume (music should only be made or heard in the house) THANK YOU!
Children are welcome and have plenty of exercise. Behind the barn a small moat runs over the property - please pay attention to your children !!! We expect parents and guardians to be considerate and careful in their dealings with and use of things both in and around the home. The z. T. high-quality equipment with furniture, art or technical equipment requires a degree of responsibility.With us it is comfortable and informal, we ask our guests to read the house rules well and to follow, so that no misunderstandings arise.
House rules:
Street shoes please change into slippers - in the hallway there are plenty of storage space for the cloakroom
-Pets are not allowed
-Check-In 16:00, check-out 10:00. Depending on the capacity we can also arrange another check-in-out time. Smoke ban in the house and outbuildings. When smoking in front of the house please keep enough distance and dispose of the tipping in the ashtray.
Disposal of bio, paper, residual waste and yellow sack. Please dispose of your empty glass bottles in the glass containers opposite our property.Garbage fees are included in the rental price, but only in the usual scope. If you For example, for your wedding or other events decorated and then incurred a lot of rubbish, please understand that this extra disposal must be done by you.
-Grill: Charcoal should be brought by you and disposed of after use in the appropriate bucket. In addition, the grill for the next guests should be functional cleaned.

- The stoves may only be operated by persons who are familiar with it and handle it responsibly. The two tiled stoves in the lower area must not be fired!

Please pay attention to the diligent cleaning power and bring mattresses and furniture not indiscriminately anywhere - it is very tiring for a single person to drag these things back to their proper place.

Things brought by you should also leave the house completely. Please understand that we can not send you forgotten things afterwards.
-In particular, with larger groups, we have unfortunately already made a few bad experiences, as regards the compliance with the house rules in the points of order and cleanliness, with home-return, concerns.
