4 Bedroom House with Air Conditioner, TV and Bedding
Our home is located in a quiet and friendly Nampa Idaho Neighborhood. When you walk in through the front door you are greeted with a stunning formal living room and grand stair case, As you move through the house you will stumble upon a lightly stocked kitchen, a cozy TV room, and a Back yard to boast about with large garden area, mature trees, and plenty of room to play. This is the perfect mid-century modern place to relax.
The rooms are all on the upper level:
Master with King and ensuite bathroom that features a shower and separate soaking tub
guest room with Queen bed
second guest room with Queen bed
and a bonus room with 2 queen over queen bunks and a ping pong table!
House Rules and Important Notices:
There is a detached office in the backyard which the owner accesses through the side gate.
Please no shoes on carpet
Neighbors: This rental home is in a quiet neighborhood so we ask for your help in respecting the friendly neighbors by not hosting parties of any sort and keeping music and noise quiet after 10pm each night. This helps our neighbors stay enthusiastic about our rental services.
Smoking, vaping or the use of any recreational drugs is strictly prohibited anywhere within or upon the premise of the property. We do not allow any house parties in our homes out of respect for neighbors and the protection of our beautiful homes. We pride ourselves in being a company that offers a pet friendly place at many of our properties please see our pet policy below
Pet Policy:
Please note that we do have an additional pet fee to help protect against the natural wear and tear it causes to our properties by allowing pets. If your furry friends are accompanying you for your stay, we do allow up to 2 dogs and charge a pet fee of $50 for 1 dog or $115 for 2 dogs. This fee is required and is paid after booking is complete when you register your pet on our digital check-in, please note pet fees do not cover any damages or accidents caused by your pets.
Failure to comply with the pet fee, smoking/drug policy and unauthorized events or parties could result in a $500 fine, immediate eviction with no refund and additional expenses may be charged to remove odors or repair any damages done.
