Enjoy our cozy one story ranch in a family friendly neighborhood just ten minutes from New Smryna beach. This bright, open, and modern home is sure to please families, couples, traveling professionals, and snow birds. There are four bedrooms, each bedroom has their own smart tv, large closet, and private space. Three bedrooms are on the left side of the living room with a shared bathroom. The master bedroom is to the right of the living room with its own bathroom, work space, sitting area, and walk in closet. The main part of the house is an open floor plan including a spacious living room, dining room, and kitchen. Off the dining room, are sliding glass doors to the patio. The two car garage leads into a laundry room and mud room area. Our brand new home is furnished with comfortable furnishings and has everything you need. So relax and enjoy sunny Florida at our home away from home.
