Mayla House is a modern house 120 sq.m just a few minutes from beautiful and spotless beaches. The House has 3 bedrooms. One of the three has a King size bed and its own bathroom with shower, and the other two bedrooms have from two single beds. (Available babybed and playpen for your baby.) There is a possibility of adding another bed after your own requirement. Each bedroom includes a tv, air condition and unlimited storage space for your clothes and personal belongings. Large kitchen fully equipped with all the electrical appliances at your disposal to provide you with anything (oven, ceramic hob and gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, espresso machine, Toaster, juicer, washing machine). Two bathrooms, with bath and shower, respectively and an outdoor shower for extra coolness after a swim in the sea.
Living room with large comfortable sofa, dining area and fireplace if you prefer winter holidays.
Large terrace with 150sqm walled garden to enjoy your morning or afternoon coffee or even lunch or a romantic evening dinner. The garden is suitable for your children to run and play.

The House is located in a quiet neighbourhood next to the chapel of the Apostles Peter and Paul. The area lies about 6 miles outside Ferma from Ierapetra to Sitia. In this area you will find the most beautiful and renowned for their cleanliness beaches (long beach, Kakkos, Agia Galini, Achlia or Fire, the beach of Makrigialos and many others.) is not accidental the fact that crowds of people from the rest of the prefectures of Crete prefers even for a dip! That need for endless hours at the beach, enjoying the beauty of the Libyan Sea! If you are in the mood for adventure and want to get to know several places of this beautiful and blessed island of Crete, you'll have plenty of opportunities as the distances are small and all accessible. Don't let it go to waste the opportunity to visit the island of Chrissi to the incredible beaches of white sand and magnificent kedrodasos. . The unparalleled beauty of beaches are among the best in the world! The boat for the Chissi departs daily from the port of Ierapetra. If you are fond of hiking the canyons that exist in the surrounding areas are waiting for you to explore and many archaeological sites that naturally deserve your visit.
