Your own piece of paradise! Fully renovated home on the water with private pool and large spa. Wall of windows overlooking the water from each floor. Five minute walk to the beach, playground, library, pickle ball, tennis, basketball! Fish from the back yard dock. Watch dolphins from the balcony! This is the ultimate place to relax - but need to work? We have high speed wi-fi, desks in every room and a wireless printer ready to go!
The beach is literally a 5 minute walk and we've thought of everything for you! Towels? Got them! Beach toys! Beach buggy? Got them! Sunscreen - we even provide that, so please use it! (But if you don't - we have live aloe plants growing on the porch for you!)
The brand new dock boasts a glo light in the water where you can sit and watch the fish at night! Fishing is superb and guests have sent us photos of bonnet shark and barracuda caught right off the dock! Fishing rods provided and tackle store is a 3 minute walk from the house! If you prefer to kayak, put in the kayaks right off the dock or carry them over to the boat ramp right next door! Head over to "bird island" as they let you get really close to the before flying off in front of you!
**Please note - like the rest of Indian Rocks Beach - the lower level of this house was significantly damaged during Hurricane Helene! The upstairs (photos shown) 2 BR 2 BA is in great condition but the lower level is awaiting permits for repair and functions more like a pass through to the backyard - video available upon request**
