They even have a dock for you to park the paddleboards or kayas at. Located in a quiet residential neighborhood that is waterfront with ocean access. With over 2200 square feet, 3 waterfront bedrooms! The outdoor poolside has dinning and BBQ area with perfect views of the canal. There is a screened-in outdoor patio with outdoor furniture for dining and lounging with perfect waterfront views. With a jacuzzi, private pool (10 x 12 feet), 12,000 pound boat lift, floating dock for second boat, kayak and 4 paddle boards! 4 beds: 1 king, 1 queen, 2 full beds. Newly renovated designer home with Thermador kitchen appliances. There is a separate laundry room and laptop-friendly workspace with a desk and chair. Have a nice yoga session on the doc watching the beautiful Floridian sunset. The entire home is yours to enjoy! We stock the house with a starter kit of supplies such as toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and hand soap per bathroom, dishwashing pods, laundry pods, trash bags, napkins, rolls of paper towels, and many other amenities. There are many stores nearby if you require additional items. This home is located in an upscale quiet waterfront neighborhood. With beautiful water views that you will truly appreciate! This one of a kind home is a must see for your best vacation yet. Please note that this is a family residential neighborhood and loud outside noise or music is not allowed. - 15 min from Airport - 25 min to Miami or West Palm Beach - 5 min to Walmart - 5 min to Walgreens - 2 min to Gas stations - 5 minutes to various restaurants - 7 minutes to intercoastal by boat. Getting Around:
The home is located on a cul-de-sac and has 2 covered parking spots along with driveway parking for another 4 cars. Publix is a 5 minute walk and there is are restaurants, a gas station and supply stores about a 1 to 2 minute walk from the home. The area is incredibly safe.
