This charming beach bungalow lies in the legendary Sea Pines Resort. This 5,200-acre private, gated community features 4.6 miles of unspoiled white-sand Atlantic beachfront, 15 miles of biking and leisure trails, the Sea Pines Forest Preserve, fine dining, community amenities too numerous to mention, and four renowned golf courses, including Harbour Town Golf Links, home of the PGA’s annual RBC Heritage Classic.
We are located just inside the Ocean Gate, one of Sea Pines’ two access gates. Beach access is a five-minute walk or a two-minute bike ride on Beach Path 46. You will enjoy access to Sea Pines Resort’s amenities, including the Sea Pines Beach Club, a five-minute bike ride.
Upon arrival, private, paved parking for two to three vehicles leads directly to a front staircase and the keyless front entry. Enjoy the serenity of a single-family home. The coastal chic interior reveals classic shiplap vaulted ceilings, an open kitchen/living area, and plentiful windows throughout. Savor the gorgeous view of palm fronds and a private lagoon from the living room picture window and the elevated deck outside the kitchen and living area. Look through the kitchen window, and you will see a sparkling community pool next door, a few steps from your stairs.
Rest up from a day of sun and fun in the primary bedroom, which features an attached bathroom with a shower and soaking tub. The guest bedroom features two closets and a full guest bathroom accessible from a small private hallway just outside the bedroom.
Kids (and kids-at-heart) love a cozy loft; ours will not disappoint. Climb the winding staircase, and you will find an adorable space with two twin beds, a desk and chair, and wall-mounted TV.
Leave beach sand outside with our outdoor shower area. Stay connected and entertained with Spectrum high-speed WiFi and streaming service. Prepare home-cooked meals in a kitchen thoughtfully equipped with premium cookware and utensils.
Upon your arrival, you will find the following items located in or on the property: bed Linens (including extra pillows and blankets), towels (bath towels, hand towels, washcloths), kitchen amenities including a full range and oven, microwave, full-size refrigerator with ice maker, dishwasher, coffee bar and plentiful kitchen utensils and cookware, stackable washer/dryer, a starter pack of paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap, hand soap, and shower toiletries.
