This one-of-a-kind seaside condo offers breathtaking views, sunrises + blue horizons, and private waterfront balconies overlooking the number one ranked beach in the Northeast.
This comfortable one bedroom condo is a top floor unit which comes fully furnished with a true coastal Maine feel and includes: Sun deck, Queen bed, vaulted ceilings, a full bath with shower, 2 AC/heat pumps, free WiFi, one parking space, free cable TV, a kitchenette w/ microwave, refrigerator, & Keurig. Very short walk to main beach, trolly, restaurants and shops. No pets, no smoking and children under 12 not recommended. Common area includes patio tables and chairs. Summary: This property is right on the tidal river, a walk across the bridge to Ogunquit Beach, a few hundred yards up the street to Ogunquit village. Park you car walk the Marginal Way, Perkins Cove and all the great shops and restaurants that Ogunquit has to offer. Awesome condo with very quiet partitions and copious A/C. We loved it! we'll be back!
