Summary: The property was located within walking distance of the very commercial Las Olas Boulevard, but far enough away that you were able to relax and enjoy the balcony overlooking the river. The building has a great pool area that is exposed to the sun for almost the entire day. Great gym and building was secure. The unit itself was consistent with the photos posted and was of ample size. The kitchen was well equipped and the laundry came in handy. Great communication with the host as she answered any questions writing minutes. My family and I would definitely stay at this location again.
