This private waterfront house includes daily use of an FREE 18’ PONTOON BOAT for guests. Kayaks also included for those up close pictures of dolphins, manatees & sea turtles. You can take the boat out to the north sandbar of Anclote Key and have some fun in the sun, catch Florida’s amazing sunsets each evening and go oyster diving. This is a Fisherman’s paradise, we have fishing equipment and crab traps ready for your day out. Relax in a private waterfront heated pool with palm trees swaying in the gentle breeze of the gulf and watch for the manatees and dolphins to swim right up to the dock! This is a classic Floridian style block house with an open and airy feel from the first moment you walk in the front door you get the sense of spaciousness with the living room opening to the dining area. Large kitchen looks out into the great room, covered patio and screened in pool. This two bedroom/2 bath house features a master suite with a king size bed and ample storage space. The second room has two separate bunk beds and BOTH living rooms have one queen size pullout sofa bed each, allowing the maximum of six guests to enjoy the comfortability in this spacious private residence. Cable/Roku in both living rooms and bedrooms. Rainy day, no problem- enjoy a large book collection, gaming console, board games, the margarita blender 😉, large kitchen and professional crab pot and local attractions. Property also has 4 bicycles, a propane grill, separate desk for working “from home” and usb outlets. Located near Tarpon Springs, Dunedin (which has a beautiful downtown area and honeymoon state park), Palm Harbor (which has great outdoor bars and restaurants with a relaxed vibe) and only 45 minutes from popular Clearwater Beach.
What’s New:
Our pontoon, Betty Jean, has new toons & new paint. She is riding smooth! At the end of 2022, we got all new bedroom furniture, patio furniture, and a new dining room table that seats 8! The new AC unit will keep you cool when you need it, while the heated pool can be used all year round! We also added usb outlets throughout the property so you can make sure you don’t miss a thing.

On 1/20/24 : Let's Leisurely Bikeabout from Dunedin to Tarpon Springs and explore both beautiful little towns and places along the way. We will utilize the Fred Marquis Pinellas Trail for most of this ride. We will have time to enjoy sightseeing and snack/drink in Tarpon Springs (goal of 1hr.) .
