CHARMING LIGHT AND BRIGHT WITH PRIVATE FENCED SPACIOUS YARD!!!
This adorable guest house, is a hideaway and best kept secret of Downtown Carlsbad. The Casita is fully remodeled and loaded to be your home away from home. High speed internet, Furnished with your comfort in mind, it is clean and bright. fully loaded kitchen, your own private laundry system. One bedroom with a queen bed, night stands and closet. A full size leather futon in the living area with a brand new TV, and a space heater. The bar table and bar stools sit at a window overlooking the side yard. One full bathroom with a spacious closed in shower. An extra linen closet at the entrance. The kitchen door opens to a huge backyard with a porch and grass area, the remaining space a mini fruit orchards for you and us to enjoy. The casita is ideal for a family of 2 adults and 1 child.

* The kitchen is roomy and bright with a bar table right at the window, it is fully equipped with appliances, microwave, toaster oven, coffee maker, range/oven, dishes, cups, pots, pan, knives, bowls, utensils, tools for baking and cooking home made meals if you so desire; or you might chose to feast at one of many restaurants in the village, some of our favorites are Daily News for a casual breakfast; Pizza Port famous for their own brewed beer and delicious variety of pizza and salads; Sushi at Blue Ocean is sensuous; or a light meal at the Naked Café by the fountain in the heart of the village are some of many choices you will have and all within a 10 minutes easy and entertaining walk.
* Located 5-6 blocks from the surf and sand of our beautiful Southern California beaches and just a short walk to the Village center where you'll find cute shops, bike rentals, restaurants to please all and any mood, quaint coffee shops and entertainment to please everyone.
* Close to all major attractions. Lego Land – 5 minutes, Sea World – 25 minutes, San Diego Zoo – 30 minutes, Wild Animal Park - 45 minutes, the Coaster is 3 blocks away can take you to Down Town San Diego in 35 minutes. If it is shopping you are in the mood for, the Carlsbad outlet shops and Carlsbad West field Mall are both 5 minutes away.
* Towards the end of March and into the summer enjoy a trip to the beautiful flower fields 5 minutes.
* Don't miss the State Street Wednesdays Farmers market 2 blocks away.
* Completely remodeled with upgrades through out, this charming and inviting beach cottage is where you can kick back relax and experience Carlsbad coastal living at its best. Bright and airy, very clean inside and out, we provide you with extra linens, extra towels, hand and dish soap, hair dryer and ironing board.
If for any reason you want to expand your sightseeing, only steps away, the coaster will whisk you to down town San Diego where oodles of possibilities awaits you....
Because we are a minimum 30 days rental, please plan on restocking your own paper goods, trash bags, laundry detergent, soaps etc. as we only provide some essentials to get you by the first few days to a week.
