This property is perfect for everyone visiting Nashville. Sylvan Park is a great location, with restaurants, bars, coffee shops and shopping just a block away OR Downtown Honky Tonks, Vanderbilt University, West End blvd, Music Row all just a 5 minute drive or $10 Uber ride away. The house is Urban Contemporary with plenty of space for a family, Bachelorette party or just a couple's romantic weekend away. 3 large bedrooms (1 King bed, 2 queen beds), 4th bonus room could sleep more (2 very comfortable futon sofas- like twin beds), 2.5 bathrooms (heated floors in the master bath), large open floor plan downstairs is perfect for entertaining and hanging out, flat screen TVs, wrap around porch with rocking chairs and porch swing on the front and loungers and a big bbq grill on the back. Perfect all season home in a beautiful quaint neighborhood. The house is fully stocked with towels, dishes, toaster oven, coffee maker, blender, ALL you would need to whip up a great meal or enjoy take out in the fabulous modern large kitchen with granite and stainless steel appliances, like the double oven and built in microwave. Free WiFi and cable.
