“Southern Comfort ” is a beautiful 5 bedroom 5 bath home, perfectly situated in the Camp District of Watercolor and boasting stunning views of the community green space and blossoming garden.
Enjoy the 6 seat golf cart that makes cruising around Watercolor a breeze!
Throughout the open concept living space that elegantly flows into the gourmet kitchen, you will find luxury furnishings and no detail missed. The kitchen features stainless steel appliances, breakfast bar with bar stool seating for four guests, and ample counter space for creating spectacular meals. Off of the kitchen is a newly extended dining room with with plenty of seating for the whole family to gather around the table during meal time. The first of two master suites can also be found on the first floor, with a king size bed, a full bath and windows galore. There is also a private bedroom on the first floor, off the kitchen, with a queen size bed, ample storage and a flat screen T.V . The full bath located on the first floor also has a walk-in shower. The laundry station with full size washer and dryer, can also be found on the first floor.
The second floor spotlights the spacious second master bedroom with a king size bed plus ensuite bathroom with a spacious walk-in shower, soaking tub and dual vanity sinks. The master bedroom has access to a private balcony for beautiful views of the WaterColor community and a sitting room with a flat screen T.V where you can truly relax after a long day at the beach.
The children in your group will never want to leave the kids chamber of the home! Located on the 2nd floor, this open space offers plenty of comfortable seating and a large flat screen, with 3 twin beds, 1 twin trundle, and access to a full bathroom. There is a walk through pass from the kids chamber to the main part of the home. The 4th bedroom with 2 additional twin beds and a full bath can also be found on the second floor.
**Please note that this property comes with a maximum of 12 amenity passes. All family members aged 4 and under do not need an amenity pass to use the Watercolor amenities.

Summary: This is our 5th year to stay in Watercolor. We are always excited to see the interior of the homes we have rented for the week, this time it was different. We were disappointed in the cleanliness of the floors, one of our guests socks were dirty on the bottom on the second day of arrival. The ice maker did not work properly, we were buying bags of ice. We grilled our 2nd evening there and the grill would not heat up past 250*, it took a very long time to gill the burgers/etc. We also did not have grilling tools. The sinks in the primary bathroom did not drain properly which isn't the best sight to see when washing your face, brushing your teeth. The shower in the primary bathroom did not drain very well either. The shower that one of our adult kids used in the bathroom near the kitchen had little water pressure. The furniture in the living area by the kitchen was dingy. The washing machine needs to be wiped out and try to remove the mold from the rubber seal. The bed bench in the bedroom by the wine cooler refrigerator had really bad stains on it, my daughter did not want to set her belongings on it. All this to say, I did share this list w/the rental home company. I did speak w/the maintenance man a couple of times and the owner & did receive a reimbursement for the cleaning fee of 746. However, the cleanliness/plumbing & other issues addressed during our family vacation, we would like to receive additional compensation and would appreciate your consideration.
