Easy access to the main Cabo corridor road. Just 10 min drive to downtown Cabo and 15 min drive Santa Maria & El Chileno beaches. Enjoy a stunning sea view from the main bedroom terrace. Nestled in a small community with a nice mix of expats, retirees and young families from all over the world. Punta Arena has two common swim pools & 24 hour security.

Summary: We loved this spacious and quiet place. The gated neighborhood was perfect for evening walks for great grandma and our 1 year old granddaughter. The pools were also perfect for a convenient cool off and play time for everyone. The large shallow area was per for a toddler. German was also a responsive host and cleared up water issues right away. He also allowed us to have a later check out which saved us from driving the whole clan to the airport and back en route to our next destination.
